Saqib is intimately familiar with the emerging business and technology trends and the evolving legal and regulatory landscape in Pakistan. Saqib is an experienced litigator who has advised and represented many clients in commercial litigation matters before courts in Pakistan as well as domestic arbitration proceedings. He has appeared before Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Sindh High Courts. He has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings abroad governed by Pakistani law.
