Parvez Iftikhar is a graduate of UET Lahore with over 40 years of experience in the Telecom space – within the country as well as abroad. Currently providing consulting services on Telecom Policy and Regulation outside Pakistan – over 15 countries so far – mainly through development organizations like World Bank, ITU, ADB, USAID, DFID (FCDO), CTO, A4AI, and private consulting houses in Europe and USA.
Within Pakistan working pro bono, formally and informally advising relevant authorities on policy matters.
Past founding CEO of USF Pakistan, and before that country-head of Siemens Telecom in Pakistan.
Has been on sabbaticals to renowned universities incl: Oxford, Carnegie Mellon, Harvard Kennedy School, and NDU Islamabad.
