Earlier he has served as the Manager IT for Feroze Group (HSC-Pharmaceutical, Electromedical Division, Otsuka Distribution & FPL-Renewable Energy Divisions), and during his tenure, he leads the Microsoft Dynamic Ax R3 & ISO-9001-2015 QMS Implementation across organization also help & support to establish their technology based Diagnostic division includes Haemonetics TEG 6s systems, Abbott i-stat analyzers & Immucor  (ImmuLINK™).

Nauman Khan, has previously served Orientm McCann Ericson as Head of IT where he played a vital role to establish their digital footprint.

Also having experience to lead the Oracle 10g based ERP implementation project in Gudiagroup (A leading Pharmaceutical Indenting Company).

In addition, he has worked with Fahim Nanji & Dsouza (FND) for their Multiple MEP projects.

Nauman joined the Tufail group in late 2018 to revamp & establish the Technology’s role in company by implementing Tier 1 ERP & miscellaneous technology solutions for improving overall organizational efficiency that compliance with the industry best practices & clear the roads towards Industry 4.0 dream.

In 2020 beside COVID -19 pandemic/ lockdown where businesses were under stressed, able to successfully deliver SAP S/4 HANA 1809 as a wall to wall ERP solution for Tufail group as well as Tier -II Compliance Datacenter.
