Mr. Mehzad Sahar is currently working as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Bank Alfalah.
Mehzad has over 22 years of international diversified experience in multiple industries while keeping focus on cyber security e.g. Telecom, Banking, Oil & Gas and consulting at Pakistan as well as Middle East/Europe.
Prior to join Bank Alfalah, he was Head of Cyber security for Telenor Group Emerging Asia Countries and EVP of PTCL National Cyber Security etc. He holds B.Sc. Electrical Engineering degree with elite management certificates from Insead and Harvard Business Schools including more than two dozen prestigious global security certifications to design, build and manage security concepts into tangible organizational services.
His motivation is to achieve organizational excellence in Business design through a mix means of Governance, Technology and Security especially in FinTech Domain.
He is writer of two published books and is also known as good keynote speaker for many local and international events.
