I am a marketing graduate from PIMSAT and a certified Chartered Insurer from CII, London, for insurance expertise and NUST-Oratech Jv (at Navy Engineering College, Karachi) for IT proficiencies.
I am recently awarded FiNext USA, for a title with ‘Excellence in Finance-Leadership’ in Feb 2020. In March 2020, I got nominated as Member FPCCI CSC on ‘Insurance.’ ‘Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industries’.
I am a result-oriented professional with extensive multi-domain professional experience spanning over 25 plus years of working with conglomerates, including Large locals and multi-national corporations.
From last ten years, I have been enjoying a leading role from at various organizations where I have been privileged to successfully transact and implement Risk Transfer Mechanism for 100s of clients and achieved numerous recognitions for working as ‘Change Agent,’ Out-of-box thinking’ design and implement the various automated system in the Insurance Industry.
During my highly successful employment career for 20 Years, the initial six years were spent as an IT Programmer and Analyst; however, upon joining the Insurance Industry, my journey started from a Jr Clerk in late 2001 and brick by bricks its ended up as Chief Operating Officer in 2014.
In early 2015, I realized it was time for me to take a bold initiative to prove myself an entrepreneur and support the business communities through the expertise I have accumulated for more than the past two decades. That prompted me to establish an ‘Insurance and Management consulting firm’ to offer meaningful analytics and automated solutions that address a wide array of challenges and rapidly changing dynamics faced by business owners.
Therefore, I have established and registered the firm with the name of ‘Independent Risk Managers (Pvt) Ltd.’ in April 2015 under the Company’s Ordinance of Pakistan. Now, being a Founder and the Cheif Executive of the Company. I am passionately progressing forward with a vision to ’empower people and organizations to manage their Financial Risks.
In this regard, I am utilizing all of my energies on innovating insurance risk & management solutions that have never been organized in such a client-centric way before, this unique business approach not only helps determine the premium cost for my clients as well as the Insurance Industry.
Today, I feel accomplished that journey started from 1995 and onwards, I have had the privilege to work with well-reputed organizations and blessed to reporting their highly qualified and professional line managers, offering my services under various challenging & leading roles. The diverse experience contributed mainly to gain insurance expertise, not limited to client servicing, claims handling, under-writing practices, portfolio management, team development, but also insurance broking and consultative services and customize product designing.
Having adequate and diversified qualifications and experiences, I am confidently pursuing to bring innovative insurance products, process flows-automation, cost containment control mechanism through in in-dept studies and analytics, creating various distribution channels, high business ethics with transparencies, and most importantly enhancing awareness and importance of Insurance Products in emerging Pakistan.
