My forte is leadership in delivering high-value projects in payment technology space. A professional journey started from NetSolir, Brain Telecommunications, AAA Technologies, Lucent Technologies, Minerva FZ LLC, Barclays Bank, NCR Corporation, Cisco Systems, Al-Rajhi Bank and now Saudi Payments. I am leading the current program as a Program Manager additionally a consultant and advisory role. The size of the program is hundreds of millions of Saudi Riyals. In total, I have successfully delivered projects and programs worth US$3B.

More than fifteen years’ experience in technological and telecommunication projects provided me a unique opportunity to develop and implement some highly innovative ideas for creating technology ecosystems to achieve organizational excellence in customer service and satisfaction. In my recent experience, I worked closely with Facility Management and Construction team to work on how to integrate technology with construction. Which made us successful for the relocation of 3000+ staff in 130,677 m² total area of construction. Build iconic head office tower, cash center, operations & IT Center, Data Center, Innovation Lab, BCM site, Disaster recovery site and many more.

Delivering programs of such magnitude required me to develop strong and resilient teams with expertise and knowledge spanning technology, ideas, business continuity, collaboration, timeliness of analytical thinking and critical decisions making.

My technical skills range from Digital Integration, Data Centers from constructions to fit out and migration, Payment Systems, Mobile Payments/Digital banking, solution architect, Enterprise Solutions such as ERP, VDI, Cloud, Storage, Collaboration, Audio Visuals, Call/Contact Centers, etc. from Leadership perspective I have strong Technology Governance, Technology Risks, and Controls, Sourcing, Vendor Relationships, strong negotiations, resource management, finance management, etc. are the highlights. PgMP, PMP, ATD, AOS, ITIL are few of my certifications.

I am a strong believer in continuous improvement through learning, innovation, and creativity. There is always a push to raise the bar to achieve results beyond expectations!
