Work and develop organizations / teams that are based on trust, not superficially hierarchical in their structure and are managed democratically. I hope to shatter the negative stereotypes associated with the legal profession, whether that is as a supervisor (by ensuring fairer compensation and providing a balanced work environment) or as a service provider (compassion towards the client). I believe that it is in such an environment that creativity can thrive and people can attain self-actualization. Inspired people tend to provide better services for our clients.
