Mr. Zafar has diversified experience in brokerage, banking, textile/fashion, industrial entrepreneur and international trading ventures. His positions include Executive Director in Pan Industries a leading manufacturer of Hygienic products. He is also Director in Universal Cables Industries Ltd makers of power cable, copper and aluminum conductors. He has completed his education from New York ,USA doing his MBA in Finance with honors from St. John’s University. Before returning to Pakistan he has completed his internship at Prudential Securities, Merrill Lynch and Montauk Financial Group, where he worked with brokers, analysts and private client group. He has also worked in textile industry and was Vice President at Six Sigma Apparel Network LLC based in New York. At Six Sigma he closely worked with California based fashion industry for sourcing knits and textiles from Pakistan.

At Pan Industries he is managing two leading hygiene brands and is involved in its sales, marketing, distribution, finance and production. He launched these products against strong competition from multinational brands and with aggressive marketing strategy achieved significant volumes successfully.

In 2007 he founded Infinity Sourcing to leverage economic growth in trading of building/construction material, energy, oil/gas and semi conductor components in Pakistan. He is also partner and Principal Director at Zafar Trading LLC which is involved in trading of FMCG products and commodities, handling agent for manufacturers, providing financing and logistics, outsourcing of sales.

In addition he is an entrepreneur with experience in
technical, finance, marketing, sales, business development, consulting and project management. He is active in community events and have large network of local and global contacts.
He is an active Rotarian and works with International NGO in field of literacy and welfare. He is active in Economic Issues of Trade Associations and Chamber of Commerce
