Thereafter, moving to UK to complete his master\u2019s from the University of Manchester and working for the Green Party of England and Wales, as a communications assistant.<\/p>\n<p>After moving back to Pakistan, he joined the development sector, by managing an advocacy project for Marie Stopes. Subsequently, moved to the private sector, as a project director to set-up and launch Etimad (Private) Limited across Pakistan. He has also co-founded and lead Rent My Car that was incubated at The Nest I\/O &#8211; Google for Entrepreneur&#8217;s Tech Incubator in Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>He is currently leading Meri Pharmacy, which is a health tech startup on a mission to build a managed marketplace that will digitize, aggregate, and optimize patient access to medicines, health care products, and related services. Their aim is to revolutionize the supply chain of pharmaceuticals, by completely digitizing the existing process (B2B2C).<\/p>\n<p>Adil is passionate about organizational structuring (optimization &amp; efficiency), behavior change communication, tech-centric ideas, and sustainability focused projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adil has around 15 years of experience in building strategy, leading, and executing projects.
